When I click 'Download now,' all I see is text.

Sometimes when you try to download an EPS file from a Macintosh, you'll see textual gibberish instead of the "Save As..." dialog box. If this happens:

  1. Click your browser's "Back" button to get back to the download area.

  2. Click and hold the Download now link.

  3. Choose Download Link to Disk from the pop-up menu.

  4. In the "Save As..." window that appears, specify where you want the image to be saved. TIP: Saving the image to your desktop will make it easier to find later.
